Create an appointment in recruitNEXT and a copy shows up in your Outlook Calendar, stamped with the Client or Candidate contact information and the nature of the appointment. And since it's a bi-directional integration, it works both ways so if you access to Outlook but not recruitNEXT, no problem that calendar appointment will also show in recruitNEXT.
