- recruitNEXT Websearch™ Recruiters can highlight resume text from anywhere on the Web, including major job boards like CareerBuilder, Monster and HotJobs. Candidate information is instantly parsed and allows a recruiter to instantly add a new applicant to the database and any open Job Orders they may working on.
- There is the new Job Order Match that provides an automatic search of the candidate database when a new job order is created. based upon key words that are contained in the job description, recruitNEXT's automated workflow automatically searches the database and returns a list of candidate matches for that Job saving valuable time.
- Our Data Sheet Tab allows for ad hoc set up of forms for data collection of candidate information. all information collected is easily searched as part of a candidate search.
