Navy's Financial Managements Careers Program.

FMCP, with it's high volume of candidate submissions needed a better way manage and track candidates as they applied, were screened and accepted and then moved in to the internships rotations. recruitNEXT recruiting software along with the Career Center module, provides an easy interface to manage both the application process and internal tracking requirement of each candidate as they are brought onboard.
