recruitNEXT’s Career Center Module,
EON Applications, a leader in developing Business Solution Software that includes recruitNEXT recruiting software, announces the latest release of the recruitNEXT Career Center Module, available for recruitNEXT On-Demand, our ASP Web Hosted service & the Client Server/Desktop editions of recruitNEXT.
recruitNEXT’s new Career Center module provides all the feature/functionality of our pervious release packaged with a new look and feel. Plus, the Career Center provides extended functionality that allows for additional forms, applications, questions and job specific requirements to be easily set up as part of the candidate intake. The Career Center also allows candidates to log-in and easily see their status for the jobs they have applied for.
As with our previous version the new Career Center seamlessly integrates with an existing company Web site, allowing companies to provide a professional looking job board that applicants can easily search view and submit responses and resumes for open positions. All information gathered is then used to automatically create the Candidate recorded and then stored in the recruitNEXT database for review.
The new Career Center module is available as a subscription Web service or it can be purchased and installed locally on a company’s own server. Either option is fully integrated with the recruitNEXT database.
The Career Center gives companies an easy way to extend the hiring brand with out the need or expense of additional IT infrastructure.
